The ************* is seeking a Creative Strategist & Copywriter to bridge the gap between data and creativity by developing ad concepts, writing high-converting scripts for video ads, crafting compelling static ad copy, and creating briefs across Meta and TikTok.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and angles based on customer insights, competitor analysis, and performance data
- Write persuasive scripts for UGC and video ads that hook viewers in the first second
- Craft copy for static ads, landing pages, and email campaigns that convert cold traffic into customers
- Create clear creative briefs for designers, video editors, and UGC creators
- Analyse ad performance to identify winning patterns and iterate on what** working
- Collaborate with the growth team to align creative with campaign objectives and testing roadmaps
- Stay ahead of creative trends on Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms

Candidate Requirements
- 3+ years in creative strategy and copywriting within DTC e-commerce, an agency, or as a freelancer
- Proven track record creating high-performing paid social ads for Meta and TikTok
- Strong understanding of direct response copywriting principles and consumer psychology
- Experience writing for health, wellness, beauty, or personal care brands is a significant plus
- Ability to adapt your voice across different audience segments and product categories
- Comfortable working autonomously and communicating asynchronously in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Sharp eye for what** working in the DTC space, constantly saving ads and studying hooks
- Excellent written communication skills, fluent in English
- A genuine interest in health, wellness, or natural products is a bonus
