My name is Rafael, and I graduated in Engineering in June 2019. I have been working in the field of process and improvement projects for 5 years.
My main qualifications include Chemical Engineering, Green Belt Certification - Lean Six Sigma, and a BPMN modeling course in Visio and Bizagi.
Among my main responsibilities, I participate in process standardization, management and implementation of improvement projects, identification of gaps and risks, creation of process architecture, support in quality-focused training, standardization, and publication of documents, among other relevant activities.
The main software tools I use are Bizagi, Visio, Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, Outlook, Teams), ERP Systems (Tovts, Oracle, SAP), and Management Platforms (Jira, Monday, and Miro).
