Business Relationship Professional | Customer Experience Specialist | Credit Negotiation and Analysis
Professional with expertise in problem solving, consultative selling, credit analysis, negotiation and customer experience. I have solid principles, am dedicated, analytical and results-oriented.
I currently work at Unimed Encosta da Serra, in the area of ​​Prospective Business Relationship in the healthcare sector, where I perform data enrichment, market analysis and assessment of sales profitability, ensuring sustainable and long-lasting business.
Previously, I was a Senior Sales Assistant at Magazine Luiza, acting as a banking correspondent for Itaú. My role involved strategic customer service, including SAC, Ombudsman and Reclame Aqui, in addition to resolving critical cases, customer retention, selling financial services, credit analysis, card issuance, billing, collection and renegotiation.
I also worked as Administrative Manager at Via Varejo, being a banking correspondent for Bradesco and leading a back office with five employees. My responsibilities included goal management, cash and inventory control, safekeeping of valuables, and treasury movement.
I am currently seeking a remote opportunity where I can continue to contribute with my commercial and operational experience, while maintaining flexibility and quality of life for my family. Adaptable to different systems and processes, I am able to act efficiently even with minimal training.
